Romans: A Timeless Message

This Bible Study & Devotional came out of a women's study on the book of Roman's held in Patricia's home. Every chapter found in the Word of God is full of a vast wealth of treasure waiting to be uncovered and discovered. Our approach was simple if we felt the “Presence of God” slow down and linger, we slowed down to focus on what He wanted us to see. Developing the term “camping out” on a verse; we went camping so much that this book is “only” our encounters in Roman’s Chapter One! The method was to dig into the soil of the word and combined a focus on the uncovering each layer thru: word root definitions, verse by verse revelations, and the delight of application of the word to our lives! We didn’t want to only hear the word but, do it as well. When the presence moved on, we moved on with it. We fostered the belief that it was better to have read and learned the truth in the words we read, than to have read through and missed them. As you meditate on the Living Words of God to His children may you also gain a new devotion to Him; experiencing each day, the new mercies found in Him.
