Admission to the right of inquiry is not easy: the change of the right of inquiry in 2013 leads to questions and the jurisprudence of the Enterprise Section and the Supreme Court does not shine in clarity. This publication contains an analysis of the access to the right of inquiry at the NV and the BV with an overview of the bottlenecks, ambiguities, advantages and disadvantages and gaps. The parties entitled to the survey with the NV and the BV provide an insightful and complete overview of the survey beneficiaries at the NV and the BV. All relevant questions are addressed and, after careful examination of legislative history, literature and jurisprudence, are answered. Where necessary, the author makes suggestions for amendment of the legal text. The title is a valuable addition to the scientific debate, partly because the legislator must, after the evaluation of the amendment of the law in 2013, examine to what extent the right of inquiry satisfies the needs of the practice.
