A collection of international and national documents on the rights of national minorities, issued by the Belarusan Group for the Defense of Minority Rights, affiliated with the Euroforum (Center for European Studies and Cultural Intitiatives). It includes a list (in English and Belarusan) of national minority organizations and their contact information in Belarus, organized by oblasts.
