"The Armored Rose is primarily a book about the difference between men and women when they meet a physical confrontation. The book focuses on the physical differences between tendons, hands, body ratio as well as the chemical differences in the endocrine system and how it effects the reactions both he and she have on the fighting field. The book also dives in depth to examine what is going on between the ears of the female fighter. Throughout the book there are specific tips for trainers on how to apply the information. The book makes specific references to fighting in the SCA but has been used in Law Enforcement and other Martial Arts when working with women, and male trainers.
