The history of the Church of Cristo Obrero of the Estación Atlántida (Canelones, Uruguay) through documentation and testimonies of workers, neighbors and all those involved in its construction and later use of the parish church. With its brick walls and curved ceilings, the exceptional elegant building combines a strong aesthetic sense with an efficient and sustainable constructive method of armed ceramics, characteristic of the work of civil engineer Eladio Dieste (Uruguay 1917-2000).
