Outrun the Fear

Just like any other day at the Animal Park, the gates open and visitors pour in, eager with anticipation. And then the rumble begins. The ground they walk on starts to shudder and shake. Visitors and staff struggle to remain on their feet. The terrified screams of the visitors are heard throughout the park, echoed by the cries of frightened animals. The paved walkways crack and shift without regard for any living thing. Buildings convulse as walls collapse. But, then, the greater terror! Animal enclosures start to crumble and break apart. Everyone scatters! A small group takes refuge in one of the buildings, but is it safe? Animals roam the park as aftershocks continue to shake the area. Will they be safe within the building or is even the possibility of safety an illusion? Has their haven become a trap? Are they now held captive by the very animals they came to see? Is there no way out?
