청주한씨문중의 파보집이다. 표지 및 판심서명은 『청주한씨세보淸州韓氏世譜』이다. 범례에 이어 ｢기자세계箕子世系｣부터 ｢원왕한선제元王漢宣帝｣․｢계왕한성제稽王漢成帝｣까지 1131년을 기술하고 있다. 뒷부분에 ｢중조산도中祖山圖｣와 ｢중조비산도中祖妣山圖｣가 실려 있다. 1912년 후손 한학전韓學銓의 서문이 있다.
