Oh there can be much to say, I will try for the short. The book was found nearly 1930 by the so called >Viena Circle< (N. Wiener) leading by R. Carnap. David Laslo Székley (5.1909 - 10.7.1997), ... was an early ingenieur for cybernetics, fetched up that profession in Praha his early lifetimes . (Reference of puplications, in literature). UNICODE (ISR66) ~ is the very substance of what was meant from the >Wiener Kreis< for to know. In the last version there are several notes to the code sequences. The real construction of code-sequence is very unknow und misunderstood. The Code works..., but the usage had to be very carefull, because of unification.
