The book is written as if the dog is talking. The pet tells you his/her name and special things about him or her. There is space provided to write down veternarian appointments, a pocket to keep shot records along with any special papers such as adoption papers or verification of pedigree. There is also spaced provided to write in any medications the pet may take and how he or she takes it best. There is pages to write memorable moments about the pet and last of all an album to keep pictures.
