About

Een man reist vanuit het noorden van Nederland naar Limburg, waar zijn moeder, een dominante vrouw, op sterven ligt. In korte tijd ontrolt zich in het licht verloederde mijnwerkersdorpje een familiedrama, waarin de zoon zowel met zijn zus als met zijn moeder een nieuw - moeizaam - evenwicht moet vinden.
