The most French of all places in South-East Asia, Ho Chi Minh City (Saigon), went into hibernation for fifteen days, from 15th to 30th April.During the short authorized times, I could venture out. I was able to take photographs of the city, of its roads without cars, motorcycles, and passers-by.
