신재수(申在壽, 1828-1895)의 유집이다. 본관은 평산이고 자는 사일士一이며 상오相五의 아들이다. 군위의 가곡리를 중심으로 향음주례를 행하고 백록동규白鹿洞規와 남전향약藍田鄕約을 강론했다. 권1 시 41편, 권2 서書 22편ㆍ제문 8편ㆍ고유문告由文 2편, 권3 구묘문丘墓文 2편ㆍ유사 1편ㆍ상량문 1편ㆍ서序 3편ㆍ기記 6편ㆍ잠箴 3편ㆍ명銘 2편ㆍ논論 2편ㆍ설說 5편, 권4 잡저 4편[族兄慕堂公孝行錄ㆍ遺訓ㆍ講會時示諸生ㆍ通告一鄕文]ㆍ부록[挽詞ㆍ誄文ㆍ祭文ㆍ遺事ㆍ行狀ㆍ墓碣銘ㆍ墓誌銘] 등이 실려 있다. 1932년 이중균李中均의 서문과 박형조朴瀅祖ㆍ박현구朴顯求ㆍ신태경申泰慶 ㆍ1934년 신태우申泰禹의 발문이 있다.
