PROVOCATIVE MISS The Duke of Milburne returned to Milburne Hall trusting that the new governess from up north—no doubt a dour, frigid sort -- had instilled the fear of God into his harum-scarum brood of siblings. But from his first glimpse of Miss Rose Beacham -- or, rather of her shapely derriere as she retrieved the cat from under the sofa—it was clear his new employee was bent on making his life a living hell.
