Falling forward

A job promotion moves bright and successful businesswoman Kate Kleider from her beloved east coast to southern California. As if adjusting to the new world of beaches and bikinis wasn't hard enough for her cynical views, her favorite ex-boyfriend is getting married and she's invited. Suddenly, Kate's comfortable single life gets turned upside down when she sheds her introverted shell in search of a date. Women find laid back Laguna Beach native Jamison Rigby irresistible. He's tanned, muscular and a world class skimboarder. Until he can get his struggling surf shop back on solid ground, he has put his social life on hold including women. But that plan changes when Kate enters his life. Jamison is allured by her intelligence and unwitting charm. Kate finds his spontaneity challenging to her cautious personality.
