This book was prepared with documents from spaniard chroniclers during XVI century and ethnographic dates about the principal little mammal, then of South American camelids, from Peru, Bolivia, Ecuador and North of Chile. Ancient indians like to eat in diferent kind of dishes, principally during the oficial parties from Inca empire. Bones of this animal can be found in all archaelogical sites from andean region. Also the prayers like to observe the internal organs to predict the future, to adivinations, cure and military conquerer. Tha Guinea pig, cobaya, prea, conejillo de Indias or simply cuy (Cavia porcellus) was deeply rooth with cultural tradition since its domestication in highland of Ayacucho, Junin and Ancash caves (Peru) and Tequendama and El Abra caves from Colombia, during 8 millenium before Christ.
