Code of military justice for the Kingdom of Sardinia as promulgated October 1, 1859, with decree signed by the representative of the king Luigi Carlo Farini bringing it into force for the Neapolitan provinces (the mainland portion of the Kingdom of the Two Sicilies, formerly the Kingdom of Naples). The decree was signed January 8, 1861, a few months before the incorporation of the Kingdom of the Two Sicilies into the newly unified Kingdom of Italy on March 17.
