Top 12 performance reports

Website presents the Top 12 Indicators Performance Reports that include quality improvement tools that serve multiple purposes: they articulate our priorities as a community of dedicated professionals working to provide New York City's children and families with the highest quality services that are responsive to individual needs; they provide the information that allows the setting of performance targets and tracking of progress at reaching them; they allow professionals and community members to consider performance broken down into smaller components, e.g., by borough, community district and agency, which will heighten understanding of how each of these impact outcomes citywide.
