남공철(南公轍, 1760-1840)의 시문집이다. 본관은 의령이고 자는 원평元平이며 호는 사영思穎 또는 금릉金陵이다. 시호는 문헌文獻이다. 권1 시, 권2 응제문應製文ㆍ전箋ㆍ의議ㆍ계啓, 권3 소차疏箚, 권4 서書ㆍ서序, 권5 기記ㆍ제발題跋, 권6 잡저ㆍ제문, 권7 비명碑銘, 권8 묘갈ㆍ묘지, 권9 묘지ㆍ묘표ㆍ행장, 권10 시장諡狀ㆍ부록[年譜] 등을 싣고 있다. 저자의 자서自序와 후소서後小敍가 있다. 소장본은 ‘취진판본聚珍板本’ 및 ‘옥경산방중정玉磬山房重訂’이라는 기록이 보인다.
