Why is Franklin suddenly wearing his baseball cap backwards and asking his parents to buy him a skateboard? Because he wants to be just like Jack Rabbit, a big kid in the neighborhood. Franklin is so busy helping Jack with his paper route that he doesn't have time to play pirates with his best friend, Bear.
