From the back page of the book (1974 edition):
'A note about the writer - born 1940. English. Lived abroad for a time, in Cyprus, 1961-1964. Now lives in Birmingham. Has always been active among poets in the city, and has had work published by various mags. She has read on local BBC radio, and has appeared on BBC2 TV. She is also a writer of short stories. This is her first pamphlet.
