About
John Bricker was born in Madison County, Ohio, son of Lemuel Spencer and Laura King, in 1893. He married Hariet Day in 1920 and was elected governor of Ohio. His ancestry is traced to John Bricker who was born in Poltz, Germany in 1725 and immigrated to Maryland.
