I Am Hardcore. You Are Reading is a collection of poetry centered around apathy, work, school, the system, women, and cynicism. Also included are elements of disenfranchisement, severe potty humor, and that most frightening of devices, the epigram.

This is a collection of poetry written in a manic period of insanity stretching from 1998 through 2001, with little bits and pieces from before and after. The style is free-verse, with an extreme contempt for form, structure, and other idiocies created to put stipulations on the one thing which should remain stipulation-free: art.
