Make the city for everyone and with everyone! Such a slogan often remains wishful thinking, rarely followed by concrete strategies and actions. However, this is the approach taken by the municipal team of Madrid elected in 2015. Citizens from Spain's Indignados movement (also known as "15-M"), backed by the radical left and the ecologists, demonstrates that an inclusive urban policy is not incompatible with the return of an economic dynamism. To do this, three issues underpin urban policy -- solidarity, participation and creativity, and this book offers a new metropolitan experience, articulated around those three issues.
