About
If Africans have not developed to the standards in Europe in the mean time, it is because the Europeans extracted and plundered the African wealth and human resources and then refused to give back Reparations in return to the Africans and the Caribbeans. As already stated, a considerable number of ex-colonial officials on their visits to the now Independent nations in both Africa and the Caribbean find it astonishing and amazing whey they see the progress and the standards achieved by the people after the unduly extensive and inexorable exploitative colonial occupation (the drawbacks and the impediments for Self Rule not withstanding) since the incident of the infamous act of the Atlantic Slave Trade concerning the regions and the people.

We have seen the progress in the Gulf Region and also the development in the Indian Sub-Region, the scale of which, it was never possible within the speck of time by the West Europeans and the U.S.A. So, progress is up to us, and in reality it is a matter of time because "What will be will surely be". We can only hold each other down for a while and not for ever. This is one reason why we should temper our policies and our approach to our fellow human beings with serenity.

We see Dr. Nelson Mandela in South Africa, the Daniel of our time, (Dan. 6.); his survival cannot be y anything other than through Providence. He and Rev. Dr. Desmond Tutu have not only shown Agape but they have also demonstrated Agape in all that they are doing for human nature.

The race for the occupation of the Moon and the other heavenly bodies by U.S.A. and Russia cannot be the way out of the ecological, political and social problems. We read it all from H.G. Wells' prognosis, didn't we - The coming of the Martians, and we forget rather intuitively that his work was fiction. The UFOs have even remained as mirages/illusive to all sighting Stations and Observatories. In his little book it is emphasised that we have all our needs on this earth, and therefore all that is required of those in authority is to be cautious, remorseful where necessary and then ready to look for amicable ways to solve our problems - see Prince Charles' criticism; wish he has some words (salutary) for the Space Scientists also.
