40 Lingering Questions about the 9/11 Attacks

The 9/11 Commission Report left numerous questions unanswered about the September 11 hijackings and how they were carried out. For example, the 9/11 Commission could not explain why two of the hijackers took a connecting flight from Portland, Maine to Boston on September 11 instead of boarding in Boston with their fellow hijackers.
