Prior to entering the ministry, he was an executive in the aerospace industry with Fairchild Aircraft. He has served as senior pastor of Westside Baptist Church in Fort Pierce since 1988. Dale and his wife, Paula, reside in close proximity to their two sons and their families. Dale can often be seen walking about town with their dog, Penny.
