Interview with Nii Quaynor, interviewed by Henry McGee, Accra, Ghana

Mr. Quaynor discusses his experience as the first Internet Service Provider in Ghana, including his struggle with available technology and conflicts with government officials in Ghana in his attempt to introduce and develop network-based systems in Ghana. Mr. Quaynor provides extensive information on the early history of the Internet, especially the ICANN registration system. He also speaks at length about early computer technology, his later forays into the App, website development, and online payment markets, and his education and work history in the U.S. and Ghana, especially his time at Dartmouth and Digital Equipment Corporation.
