Each concept as a chapter , presents few blocks of poetic essays/poetry talking about the intricacies of the concept , followed by a write up on what should be the action to embrace those concepts in life. In a unique way of presentation , this is the first book in Hindi which is of Self-help/motivation genre and is a combination of heart touching poetry , and take aways/action. Gaurav has a great following on Instagram where he writes poetry in the same style and the natural extension of that has turned into a book. It’s a book that will make you fall in love with life, learn the right ways of living life and yet very easy to understand. The core message of the book is about self love and self empowerment , that will lead to someone living a life “most wanted” by them. The poems are full of positivity , hope and ownership of life , with some practical advice after each poetic expression. Over the last year or so , Gaurav has been approached by many people to help them as a coach and this book is also the first step towards Gaurav’s desire to practice life coaching .
