Comentarios a las funciones administrativas del Consejo Superior de la Judicatura

This book describes what the Colombian Judicial Council (administrator of the judicial branch) does. It was written less than a year after the Judicial Council was created by Colombia's latest constitution (1991). The book criticized some of the functions of the administrative section of the Council, which later were declared unconstitutional by the Constitutional Court.
