Barricades are burning in the city and a part of the Enel building burns before our eyes. Smoke from tear gas and burned plastic fills the air. Shouts, slogans, saucepans, helicopter blades, and gunfire echo through the buildings. The revolt seems to have broken out. The extraordinary thing about these photographic works is the art, not only of rescuing reality in a precise moment, but the genius of opening a crack through the image, which allows us to see and feel the magma contained in the depths of the human avatar, in an instant of unequal struggle.
