Classicism and Christianity in Late Antique Latin Poetry

"After centuries of near silence, Latin poetry underwent a renaissance in the late fourth and fifth centuries CE in the works of such key figures as Ausonius, Claudian, Prudentius, and Paulinus of Nola.
