About
A year's worth of recipes with each month having recipes for breakfast, lunch, and dinner that make use foods in season during that time of year. The author grew up in Norway and eventually found her way to Flagstaff, Arizona where she opened a small restaurant, The Lost Norwegian, offering all of the recipes in this book. Some are traditional Norwegian dishes while others were learned when the author lived in Greece.
