He knows the old saying about how you can't do anything about the weather, but has never believed it. And so Tom works to invent a method for breaking up hurricanes before they can do any damage. But the typical mix of sabotage, strange circumstances and even being waylaid on a deserted island can't stop our hero. But, about that weather thing...
