The collection consists of four mimeographed documents distributed to all branches of the ILLA: Communication dealing with anti-war activities and developments (Mar. 14, 1939; 5 pages) -- Recent developments on international matters, especially those concerning differences between the ILLA and German comrades of the CPG-O (Apr. 7, 1939; 2 pages) -- Program and constitution of a recently formed national union of unemployed and WPA workers called the United WPA and Unemployed Workers Union of America (Apr. 12, 1939; 1 page) -- Organization resolution for the seventh National Convention (June 24,1938; 4 pages).
