Louisa

The second in a trilogy of Regency romantic comedies by Catherine Moorhouse that are linked by major or minor characters. Louisa Newcomb, still mourning the death of her beloved mother, is stunned when her wealthy father finds solace all too quickly by marrying an unspeakable woman with two beautiful daughters of her own.
