The Little Apostle on Crutches

When Wille Browne, a young boy, needs money to help his poor, widowed mother pay the rent, his friend has an inspirition which is to change the lives of the Brownes and many others. Willie, with his affectionate mother's reluctant consent, already a Promoter of devotion to the Sacred Heart, becomes a little newsboy. These two works he comnbines, and many fallen or falling away Catholics find their not only their newspaper, but faith revived by their little apostle on crutches. Despite his disability, Wille works hard, and finds a special place in the hearts of many.
