Kelli gives a detailed account of her difficult pregnancy, which she endured while completing a master's thesis. She had PPROM (Preterm Premature Rupture of Membranes), miscarriage scares, and a premature delivery. She writes about the 65 days that she spent in the hospital and the 70 days her son spent in intensive care after he was born. Kelli emphasizes that there are a lot of things that pregnancy books often don't cover, and talks about her experience with doctors, nurses, midwives, and internet communities, morning sickness, bleeding, and pharmaceutical drugs. Her son was later diagnosed with high-functioning autism. The zine is comprised of journal entries and poems, as well as some graphics.
