About
Mary Nisbet was born in 1777. Her parents were William Hamilton Nesbit and Mary Manners of Dirleton. She married Thomas, 7th Earl of Elgin in 1799. They had five children. They were divorced in 1808 and she married Robert Ferguson. She died in 1855. Mary Georgina Constance Nisbet Hamilton was born in 1843. Her parents were Robert A. Dundas and Lady Mary Bruce, daughter of Mary Nisbet (1777-1855). She married Henry T. Ogilvy in 1888. She died in 1920.
