Education and training is considered by many to be a solution to economic problems today. However, the delay of the France training and the inadequacy of its educational structures have long been denounced. Technical and vocational education is considered a secondary road in the educational institutions in France. The process that is done is as old as the achievements in this field. In the case of Northern France, the main characteristics of the agricultural, commercial and industrial technical education are interpreted as the results of strategies that are local, national and international. How have local communities and businesses invested in the training of producers? Which institutions of technical education in northern France had it in the middle of the twentieth century, when the challenge of conversion occurred? This survey taken from documents, references many different places where issues of technical education are discussed and where achievements are decided. The affirmation of this teaching owes much to the commitment of teachers, entrepreneurs and officials whose work has captured the action.
