The Family Tree

*In the Spring of 2001, Laura Christie rescues an old cigar box and a small metal lockbox, both stuffed with yellowing documents and antique photos, from an armoire in her grandmother's home before her mother and aunt sell everything to close out their mother's estate. Laura's family had never been close; she barely knew the names of her four grandparents much less the names of their parents.
