To develop our country we are likely to need the use of science and technology that can enable effective and efficient operation of our vast natural resources. From then on, the question is whether all underdeveloped nations like ours are able to circumvent the draconian laws imposed by the market lays of the highly industrialized and potentially rich. It is formidable then in the terms of this equation: in foreign countries, it is the waste of goods of all kinds which are satiating their nationals, while the men of the Third World suffer terrible hardships.
