Includes 'Report from the Select Committee of the House of Commons on the Earl of Elgin's collection of sculptured marbles' (p.137-151). Bookplate inside front cover: 'This book is on deposit loan from the Royal Glasgow Institute of the Fine Arts.' Trade label of bookseller at 101 Buchanan Street, Glasgow inside front cover (name now obscured).
