A violência de género nas redes sociais virtuais

[ES] El objetivo general de esta investigación fue analizar la regulación y utilidad de las redes sociales virtuales como una herramienta de lucha contra la violencia de género. También es analizada la violencia denunciada y la producida en dichas redes, así como las características del agresor y de la víctima. Se estudiaron las leyes que regulan la red y 500 videos del YouTube separados por los tipos de violencia o postura ante la misma, seleccionando una muestra diversificada de relevancia, tanto en Portugal como en Brasil, por su impacto social y su importante repercusión: los siete videos seleccionados para un estudio minucioso por su carácter representativo generaron aproximadamente 5000 comentarios de internautas/espectadores, analizándose todo este rico material. Se han utilizado a tal fin metodologías plurales, distintas para cada caso, tales como métodos cualitativos, y análisis del discurso plástico y oral, así como análisis funcional de las leyes, en su caso. La lectura legal se lleva a cabo sobre la Directiva n.º 2012/29/UE, en Portugal, la Ley n.º 112/2009 y la Ley n.º 11340/2006, en Brasil. [EN] The general scope of this research is to analyze the utility of the social websites and their regulation as a tool in the fight against gender violence. The violence produced and denounced in those sites and the main characteristics of aggressors and victims are also object of special attention. The study describes the legal rules applicable to the social websites. Five hundred videos posted in Youtube are analyzed and classified according to the type of violence and the reactions involved. Those videos are a relevant sample, in terms of the social impact that they produced, in Brazil and Portugal. In effect, they have generated approximately five thousand comments of internauts and commentators and that very rich material is also object of study. The methodology is pluralistic, adapted to each case, qualitative methods, analysis of the plastic and oral discourse and functional analysis of laws being used along the study. The legal analysis focus mainly on the Directive nº 2012/29/UE, the Portuguese Law nº 112/2009 and the Brazilian Law nº 11340/2006.
