Munch and expressionism

"This catalogue accompanies a major exhibition at the Neue Galerie new York devoted to offering a fascinating new look at the Norwegian artist Edvard Munch and his influence on his Austrian and German contemporaries. Edvard Munch (1863-1944) was highly regarded for his exploration of dark themes, including alienation, sin, and human vulnerability.
