The code of Maimonides (1138–1204) is one of the most famous and important writings in Hebrew since the Bible. This masterful translation of the second book of the code, The Book of Love, deals primarily with laws concerning the worship of God. Menachem Kellner offers the first translation based upon the manuscript approved by Maimonides himself, accompanied by annotations and a helpful introduction.
