Stacy Christian ran way from his family and home in Anaheim, California when he was seventeen years old, and never dared to be seen there again. In a short time, Stacy disregards his troubles and becomes more involved in the lives of his new Texas friends. He soon finds himself caring for them more than he ever thought he could, but before long, they are suddenly involved in the horrid events he had been trying to avoid. In the end, it is for the lives of his friends that Stacy comes face to face with his enemy, past and present, before someone else ends up paying for the mistakes he had been trying to forget.
