Wonderful Woman

My mother, Mrs. Sadie Bell James-lynch has always been missed. She was called home to live with the Angels at a very early age. She left behind twelve children and entrusted them to be raised by family members. I know at times we all miss her dearly as we silently cry tears in her memory of lost love that can never be replaced but, we know we will see her again on a glorious sunny day. Most of the poems in this book were written by my sister Shirley Bolden and I (Lear Lynch). Over time we found ourselves not being able to express our true feelings about how we felt about our mother passing. The loneliness we felt, the betrayal, felling unsafe, unloved, not knowing how to love completely. The world, our bridge was destroyed after our mother passed away. Through it all and through the journey we were able to find God and learned to trust and love again. This is our testimony, our gift and all the pieces we have strive to put back together again and share with the world.
