Amanda Nelson is a young woman who loves her boxer Harmony with all her heart—second only to her husband and unborn child. And so she is heartbroken when she returns home one day after a short shopping excursion to find her beloved Adam missing. Out in the real world and away from his home, Adam suddenly finds himself in a scary, unknown place. His quest to find his master is filled with terror, sadness, and at times, humor. On his journey home, Adam finds new friends—Sarah Jacobs and her collie, Bess—who help Adam to trust and love humans again. A Quest for Adam shares the story of a special dog and reminds us that it is possible to find good in every bad thing that may happen to us along life’s journey.
