About
Yacine envisage d'aller en Algérie, mais une étrange hésitation le retient, qui devient l'occasion d'un retour sur le passé de son père, l'évocation de blessures nées de la guerre d'Algérie. Août 1975. Un homme emmène sa femme et ses enfants voir sa famille en Algérie. Il se voit refuser l'entrée de son pays natal et se retrouve seul, bloqué pendant vingt jours à Oujda, ville frontière entre le Maroc et l'Algérie. Plusieurs récits se croisent, plusieurs époques. Roman généreux, Oujda retrace la vie de femmes et d'hommes dissemblables, complexes, mais animés par un même espoir.
