Armenia & Copyright

In the book hereof an effort to consider the law system on copyright protection and the niche which the latter occupy in the general structure of legal regulation of intellectual property has been implemented. The reader has an opportunity to learn of the history of formation and development of copyright in different countries of the world (particularly in Armenia) its establishment in the context of the civil law institute as well as with the application of practical mechanisms of protection and contemporary methods of copyright administering. Special attention has been given to the acts of international law functioning in the sphere of copyright and related rights.
